Caden Hostetler is from Lagrange, Indiana. Before On The Mark, he had worked for two summers with a local surveyor. Caden is a graduate from Vincennes University as of May 2025 with his Associates Degree in Land Surveying. He is continuing his education and working towards his Bachelors Degree in Survey Management online. Caden’s experience is heavily in boundary surveys and construction layout. When he’s not at work, he enjoys working on his house and spending time with friends and family.

Saw Win Sel holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Myanmar and brings over 15 years of experience in oil field operations and construction surveying. He began his career as a Field Geologist before transitioning into land surveying, working on high-rise and infrastructure projects in both Myanmar and Singapore. His expertise includes construction, topographic, utility, and GPR surveys.

Austin Magnuson is from Plano, Illinois. He graduated from Plano High School and then started surveying in 2019. He has experience surveying in Illinois, Texas and Indiana. He relocated to Fort Wayne in September to be closer to family. Austin is married to his wife Ally and they have a 4 year old Golden Retriever. He looks forward to a new challenge every day in the field. In his free time he likes to watch sports and fish.

Haley Brown joined our team in early June of 2024. She grew up in Madisonville, Kentucky and currently attends Murray State University, majoring in Design Engineer Technology. Haley has been serving in the Army National Guard as a Technical Engineer (12T) since 2021, sparking her interest in surveying. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring local businesses, travel, and playing video games.

Dalton Farmer is a Missouri native attending Murray State University and majoring in Construction Management with an emphasis in Land Surveying. He started with the team in May of 2023. Dalton has a background in residential construction and plans on continuing his education into the field of surveying. Besides working and school life, Dalton likes spending time at his family’s lake house.

Kristin joined OTM in the spring of 2023 and is our Office and Marketing Assistant. Kristin grew up in Montpelier, Ohio and earned her BA in Communications and Management from Hiram College. She and her husband Kirk have been calling Fort Wayne home since 2001. They have 2 daughters and as a family they enjoy checking out the new restaurants and attractions popping up in the Fort Wayne area, traveling, and spending time at their lake cottage in the summer. 

Brian Wiedemann is a local of Fort Wayne, Indiana. He graduated from Carroll High School and then received his bachelor’s degree from Indiana Purdue Fort Wayne. Before OTM, he worked in logistics for 10 years. He is joining On The Mark Surveying as a complete career switch but looking forward to the challenge and drafting side of his position, as his grandfather was also a drafter for General Electric.  Brian is married to his wife Jessica and together have 2 young sons. Besides working and family life, he enjoys his time on the golf course.

Shannon Mark is the wife of Nolan Mark. She is originally from Marshall, Michigan where she graduated from Marshall High School. Shannon received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana Purdue Fort Wayne. Over the past 7 years, she has worked for local banking and logistics companies. Shannon is responsible for On The Mark’s daily office operations such as accounting, social media posts, professional service agreements and contracts, record document research and occasionally drafting when needed. Shannon and Nolan have two young sons which Shannon looks forward to spending more time with while balancing her roles at On The Mark.

Nolan R. Mark, PS has over a decade of land surveying experience within a wide range of residential, commercial, and public works projects. His expertise covers all facets of surveying services including boundary, topographical, construction, utility, verification, and control surveys. He is a graduate of Murray State University with a degree in Civil Engineering Technology and a Licensed Professional Surveyor in the states of Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky. Nolan has over 10 years’ experience in the land surveying industry and have taken numerous courses through continuing education to keep up with the newest equipment, regulations, and laws for each state. Nolan is the founder and previous owner of On The Mark Land Surveying.
